Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, California
|
This picture was taken while visiting the Old Fisherman's Wharf in Monterey, California. The little monkey seated next to me, is really smart. You give him a quarter and he'll give you his to shake. Give him a dollar bill, he'll move over on his bench so you can sit beside him and pose with you for a picture.
Monterey is a very beautiful city. You must be wondering why am I'm wear a jacket on such a pretty day. Well the weather was really nice but the air was really cold. I was hoping the weather had warmed up a bit while I was there but no such luck.

Santa Cruz Beach, California
|
This is a picture of Santa Cruz Beach on the Boardwalk. I felt funny going to the beach on such a cold and windy day. It was the first time I've ever visited a Boardwalk.

The Capital of the Artichokes (Castorville, California)
|
This picture is taken in Castorville,
California. It is the capital of the
artichokes. They are know for their deep
fried artichokes. I've never had them
before and let me tell you they are
delicious. Pictured with me is my friend
Maryann and her daughter Desiree. They
live in Arcata, California. That is
located almost up to the Oregon boarder.
